Catalogues

A catalogue is a library of approved specifications — the makes and models your organisation has decided it buys and installs. Sites place assets from catalogues, which is what keeps a thousand boilers across forty sites describable in one sentence.

  • Find a catalogue — search, or filter by owner (global, estate, or supplier) and status (draft, active, archived).
  • Open a catalogue — manage its listings and settings.
  • Create a catalogue — start a new library, choosing who owns it.

Owner types matter: a global catalogue serves every estate; an estate catalogue belongs to one; a supplier catalogue mirrors one vendor’s range. Archiving a catalogue retires it from new placements without touching the assets already created from it.
