Every asset — every boiler, panel, and door — has its own page: what it is, where it is, what state it’s in, and everything anyone has recorded about it.
What you can do here
Section titled “What you can do here”- Edit the record — enter edit mode, change fields, save.
- Update lifecycle status — track the asset from installed through to end of life.
- Fill custom fields — whatever your estate has decided to track.
- Add photos and files — condition photos, certificates, manuals; the camera works offline in a plant room.
- Comment — leave a note for the next person who opens this asset.

Section titled “Good to know”Assets created from a catalogue listing show the listing’s specification and image automatically — see Trackable assets for the full data model. Everything added here syncs when you’re back on a connection, and appears in the estate’s activity feed.
