Your estates
This is home. Every estate you own or have been given access to appears here, with its key numbers at a glance. Most days start with picking an estate from this list.
An estate is the biggest container in the product: a portfolio of sites under one owner — a council’s housing stock, a university campus, a company’s depots. Everything else in the product lives inside one.
What you can do here
Section titled “What you can do here”- Open an estate — tap its card. You’ll land on that estate’s overview.
- Create an estate — if your role allows it, Create estate asks for a name and builds the workspace. You become its owner, and you decide who else gets in.
- Pick up where you left off — estates you viewed recently show when you last opened them.
Good to know
Section titled “Good to know”Each estate is its own private workspace. Being able to see one estate says nothing about any other — access is granted estate by estate, by that estate’s owner, on their Users & Access page.
